My family and I are at the Digital Family Summit – it just kicked off tonight and we are already having a blast with icebreaker activities and amazing expos. To make it even better, tonight we attended a Just Dance party sponsored by ubisoft. At this 80’s retro party, we got a sneak peek at the new Just Dance Disney game not being released til October! IT ROCKS!!
We snapped silly pictures in crazy costumes in the photo booth, and ate ice cream and all kinds of candy (that even be a savory taste budded girl like me couldn’t resist). As we jammed to hot new tunes including, “I Twist My Hips” (a personal fave), “Dynamite” and “Party Rock Anthem”, I thought about just how lucky I am to be in such a great place! I am at a blogging workshop that will help me achieve my dreams of growing and adjusting the design and content of my blog. And just for kicks, jamming to the latest new music while eating ice cream. Being right here living my dream at the Digital Family Summit, I am finding insight and tips to help me live my dreams. Not dreams like being a magical fairy who rides a pony, or growing a mermaid tale, but my dream of becoming a famous writer in New York City who has traveled the world and is a blogging sensation… And who is most of all, is happy with her life and wouldn’t change a thing. Some classmates always tell me that I will never achieve that but with what I learn here at the Summit I will start proving them wrong one step at a time!!!
