always look at the big scheme of things

When something small happens we sometimes can over react. For instance, this morning as I was  preparing to leave for school, I all of the sudden looked at the time and I didn’t like what I saw. It was 7:40. That was a time that I( should be ready but I wasn’t, and that made me mad. It seemed like every child in the entire universe was ready but I wasn’t. I looked up and saw my sister ready with her backpack on, and here I was still packing up. In this situation I took things to seriously. I let it ruin my morning and I was out of it on the walk to school. Now at the end of the day as I look back on it I wanted to not only say sorry to the people that I was snappy with, but I wanted to be better about that in the future. There is a time that all of us over react and take things to seriously and that just happens. But we could at least try or hardest to prevent it. If one things happens in the morning, then don’t be a gloomy Gus about it the whole day. We are all frustrated about the littlest of things, so it is not fair to take it out on other people that don’t see it that way. If you are running late for work or school, then trust that you will make it. Don’t think that they will kick you out if you are two minutes late. Or that the world will end if we don’t get one hundred percent on a test. Don’t let those tiny things ruin your day, and you will be happier. Will it really matter if you are two minutes late? Will it really matter if we don’t get 100% on a test? It won’t.  Always look at the big scheme of things in life.

XOXO,
